Volunteer Coordinator

We're so excited that you're here! As a Volunteer Coordinator for Operation HOST, you are entuned to the pulse of the team. Typical activities would include managing volunteer posts, follow-up/interview potential candidates, training, and individual check-ins monthly. Though administrative skills are a must for this program, so to is your ability to connect with the volunteers. We want to not only celebrate the wins but also consider what each volunteer needs to succeed. We also want to understand and tap into what motivates each individual to continue giving of their time.
