Volunteer with us as a Chart a Life Volunteer and help honor hospice patients by creating personalized life-story posters that celebrate their memories and meaningful experiences. You'll meet with patients and caregivers to gather photos and stories, then use your creativity to design a heartfelt collage that reflects who they are. Join us in bringing comfort, connection, and a cherished keepsake to patients and families at Beacon Hospice❤️
