    Avendris Foundation is seeking dedicated volunteer Board Members to help guide and strengthen a growing nonprofit organization focused on workforce development, healthcare education, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, entrepreneurship, environmental sustainability, youth empowerment, and community economic development in the United States and Liberia.

    This is a fully virtual board position. All board meetings, committee meetings, and governance activities are conducted remotely, allowing professionals from across the United States and internationally to participate.

    Board Members will play an important role in providing strategic leadership, governance oversight, fundraising support, community engagement, and organizational development as the Foundation expands its charitable and educational programs.

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Attending virtual board meetings
    • Assisting with strategic planning and organizational growth
    • Supporting fundraising and donor engagement efforts
    • Reviewing policies, budgets, and governance matters
    • Serving on committees as needed
    • Helping build partnerships with community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, and funders
    • Promoting the mission and programs of Avendris Foundation
    • Providing professional expertise and guidance

    • Accounting, finance, or CPA experience

    Time Commitment

    Approximately 3–5 hours per month, including virtual board meetings, committee participation, and occasional special projects.
