Executive Assistant

You will work directly with our CEO--responsible for assisting with managing calendars and appointments. Assist with report preparation and presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and manage events. Think critically and solve problems effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Prior experience as an administrative assistant or similar role with transferrable skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
