Description
A basic knowledge of Python is required for this role. Volunteers will receive full training prior to teaching — with training hours counted toward your total volunteer hours. Responsibilities include:
- Teaching two, one-hour Python classes per week over a 8-week commitment
- Delivering lessons online via Zoom on a schedule that works for you
- Instructing middle school students using the CMU CS Academy Course
- Following TechElevate's provided curriculum — no lesson planning required
