Community Recital Volunteer - Backstage Assistant

Be part of the magic — from behind the curtain. As a Backstage Assistant, you'll be at the beating heart of the production, helping young dancers shine at their most exciting (and nerve-wracking) moment of the year. Think quick-change assists, calming nervous performers, keeping lineups running like clockwork, and being the cool-headed person who handles whatever the night throws at you.

This is a perfect role if you love working with kids, thrive in fast-paced environments, or have always been curious about what it takes to pull off a live performance—no experience necessary — just patience, heart, and a willingness to show up ready to go.

The commitment: Sunday, May 17, approximately 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Wear all black, comfortable, close-toed shoes, and minimal jewelry. A background check is required for this role.
