    Description

Grocery Order Taking for Older Adults in Duluth/Superior Area!

Help older adults in our community, from the comfort of your home - sign up to be a remote order taker with Age Well Arrowhead's Groceries to Go program!

This remote volunteer position can be completed from anywhere - all you need is a phone and computer. Volunteers receive a list of client(s) to contact weekly on Sunday or Monday. Clients provide their grocery order over the phone, and volunteers enter it into Age Well Arrowhead's software program. Accurate order taking is a crucial part of the process, as it ensures clients receive the correct items and are satisfied with the service. Volunteers must be able to communicate clearly over the phone, have extreme attention to detail, and a friendly, patient disposition.

The Groceries to Go Program through Age Well Arrowhead is a grocery shopping and delivery service for older adults living in the Twin Ports area.
