    Description

Help Us Plan a Future for a Child (Brockton)

The Volunteer will participate as a panel member in case reviews conducted by the Department of Children and Families. A case review is a meeting with the family, social worker, foster parents, and service providers to discuss and determine family progress relative to children who are in the care or custody of the Department of Children and Families.

You do not need any special skills or degrees, we need volunteers willing to ask questions and advocate for children and families.

We strongly encourage volunteers who are people of color, indigenous, LBGTQ+ and people with disabilities to apply.

    Find more information here: https://www.mass.gov/dcf

We are currently convening all reviews online. We are also conducting all volunteer interviews and training online as well.
