    Shelter Resident Transition Service Associate: Work with the Red Cross to empower shelter residents as they create sustainable, personalized plans as they navigate their transition back to life after a disaster.

    Work with shelter residents to understand their resources and transition roadblocks to help households create an action plan so that they can transition from the shelter to long term housing solutions.
