    Role Overview

    We are seeking a visionary Director of Global Learning and Development to design and lead a comprehensive learning strategy that supports talent growth across a global workforce. This role will oversee leadership development, professional skills training, onboarding programs, and organizational capability-building initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that empower individuals, strengthen teams, and advance organizational goals.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a global learning and development strategy.
    • Design leadership development and succession planning programs.
    • Create onboarding and employee growth frameworks.
    • Assess learning needs and build targeted development solutions.
    • Measure training effectiveness and organizational impact.
    • Manage learning technologies and learning content strategies.
    • Partner with leaders to identify critical capability gaps.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

    As we are a growing non-profit, this role requires a person to be creative and create something out of very little. We will be creative, scrappy, and build for scale over time. We are open to smart and hungry hustlers who are interested in using this opportunity to get experience that is hard to otherwise find!     • Experience leading learning and development functions.
    • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
    • Strong program management and facilitation skills.
    • Experience developing leadership and professional development programs.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management capabilities.
