Ethos Literacy's mission is to provide free tutoring services to adults and teens (16+ who have left school) who face economic and educational barriers stemming from low literacy levels, limited English proficiency, or interrupted schooling. We focus on Adult Foundational Education providing participants with opportunities to improve literacy and numeracy skills, learn English, prepare to take a high school equivalency exam, or gain workplace skills. On average, they help around 130 beneficiaries per year.
