Searching for an Onboarding Officer!

Calm Minds is seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Onboarding Officer to welcome and integrate new team members into our growing organization. They will ensure that every new member feels informed, empowered, and connected from their very first day.

Key responsibilities:

• Present Calm Minds’ mission, values, and internal structure

• Guide new members through expectations, workflows, and communication platforms

• Coordinate with department leaders to ensure smooth team integration

Ideal Candidate:

• Is passionate about youth mental health advocacy

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Is organized and detail-oriented

• Has previous leadership or team coordination experience (preferred but not required)
