Alzheimer’s affects more families in New York City than anywhere else in the country, and strong local leadership is essential.
The Alzheimer’s Association® New York City Chapter is recruiting volunteer leaders and committee members for our 2026 Do What You Love to End ALZ™ (DWYL) campaign. Our goal: raise $325,000 to fund care, support programs, advocacy, and research.
We’re seeking professionals at any career stage who are ready to lead, connect, and serve.
Available Leadership Roles:
- Executive Chair & Leadership Team
- Community Outreach Chair & Committee
- Participant Engagement Chair & Committee
- Affinity Group Chair & Committee
Time commitment: Approximately 3–5 hours per month, plus participation in key events.
No prior experience is required: training, tools, and staff support are provided.
