3D Printing Track Volunteers

BuildPlayLearnLabs is seeking motivated and dedicated volunteers to teach, assist, and mentor youth in our 3D printing Track programs. Join our creative 3D Printing Track and help students bring their ideas to life! This role offers a unique opportunity to support our mission of fostering STEM education and youth development.

The following roles are currently available:

• Lead Instructor – Guide students in 3D design projects using Tinkercad or Fusion.

• Assistant Instructor – Support lessons, troubleshoot designs, and manage group work.

• Classroom Mentor – Encourage students and help with technical questions.

• Support Volunteers – Manage printers, materials, and setup/cleanup.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding and interest in 3D design or engineering concepts
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Passion for teaching and mentoring youth
• Willingness to learn new tools

Position Details:

• Part-time internship with flexible hours
• Hybrid program with opportunities to work from home
• Work closely with the founder and lead projects
