About Travel Unity
Travel Unity is a nonprofit organization working to make the world of travel welcoming for all people. We guide the travel industry in putting inclusive practices into action through education, professional development, organizational development, career exploration, and community building.
Our work helps tourism professionals move from intention to action—with practical guidance, stronger professional networks, diverse perspectives, and approaches that can be applied and measured. We also create pathways for individuals, especially underrepresented youth, to explore careers and opportunities in travel.
Our core values are Travel, Adaptability, Inclusion, Candor, and Impact. We believe meaningful inclusion requires practical action, diverse voices, high standards, and demonstrable results.
How We Work
You will not be expected to determine Travel Unity's marketing priorities on your own. We will provide direction, source materials, deadlines, and a content calendar or project brief so you know what needs to be accomplished.
We do expect you to bring skill and care to the execution of that work. That means following instructions, asking questions when something is unclear, checking your work for accuracy, meeting agreed deadlines, and flagging problems rather than guessing.Public-facing marketing will be reviewed before publication.
