Legal malpractice is one of the most underserved areas in victim advocacy. The victims are often people who already lost once — to fraud, to a bad contract, to a predatory employer — and then lost again when the person they hired to protect them made it worse. They don’t know they have a claim. They don’t know where to turn. And most attorneys won’t touch it without a strong case already built.

White Knight Law is changing that.

We are an AI-powered legal advocacy nonprofit combining artificial intelligence, a trained paralegal team, and mission-driven attorneys to pursue accountability for small businesses and crime victims — including those harmed by the very attorneys they trusted to help them.

We are actively supporting legal malpractice matters and looking for attorneys and paralegals who know this area and want to put that knowledge to work for people who have no one else fighting for them.

What You’ll Do

Work alongside WKL’s founder and AI-augmented team on active and developing legal malpractice matters — analyzing attorney conduct, reviewing file history and engagement records, identifying breach and damages, supporting court filings, and helping build referral packages where professional discipline is warranted.

You will work on real cases. Real clients. Real accountability.

You’re the Right Person If

You are a New York-licensed attorney with legal malpractice plaintiff-side experience — or a paralegal with litigation support background in professional liability, civil rights, or complex civil matters. You understand the standard of care analysis. You know what a file should look like and what it means when it doesn’t.

You are drawn to this because you’ve seen what bad lawyering does to people who had no margin for error. And you believe the profession should be held to account when it causes harm.
