    Description

    Dental Assistant

    CommunityHealth is a free health clinic serving the low-income, uninsured.

    At CommunityHealth, we rely on generous volunteer dental assistants to assist our staff dentist with tasks including but not limited to instrument sterilization, procedure tray preparation, cleaning and preparing operatories, charting, and assisting the dentist and hygienist during procedures.

    Volunteers commit to at least two four-hour shifts per month for at least one year, with the option to do more. Training is provided, along with shadow shifts to be sure you feel comfortable!

    This is an onsite opportunity.
