The Volunteer Services Administrative Assistant supports the Volunteer Services team by assisting with volunteer and client onboarding, tracking required documentation, maintaining records, performing data entry and spreadsheet management, and providing courteous support to volunteers and clients. This volunteer helps monitor the receipt of required forms, answers questions about volunteer opportunities, conducts follow-up communications, and helps ensure information is accurate, organized, and up to date.
The ideal candidate is a retired administrative professional, school secretary, office manager, educator, executive assistant, or similar professional who is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and enjoys working with people. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.
