Responsibilities
As a Software Developer, you will
- Craft & Innovate: Develop and optimize software solutions tailored to meet our NGO partners' challenges.
- Adapt & Collaborate: Work with diverse teams, being ready to tackle various software projects as needs arise.
- Train & Guide: Assist and train users, both technical and non-technical, ensuring they're comfortable with the tools and software solutions provided.
- Feedback Loop: Continually refine solutions based on feedback, ensuring they are user-centric and efficient.

Our ideal candidate has familiarity/experience
- Building core services and web-based APIs from the ground up, cares just as much about the product itself as the technology that powers it, and is capable of both.
- Implementing highly-available distributed systems/microservices
- Building scalable backend APIs
- Experience in automated testing including unit and functional testing using JUnit, JSUnit
