    Description

    Volunteer Attorney – Contract Review
    • Review, draft, and help negotiate contracts such as service agreements, real estate contracts, vendor agreements, and employee matters
    • Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations
    • Provide legal advice on contract interpretation and obligations
    • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks
    • Maintain organized records of reviewed contracts
    • Collaborate with staff to gather necessary information and make recommendations

    Qualifications or special skills needed:

    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

    Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

    Prior experience in contract law or transactional work preferred

    Strong analytical and communication skills

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
