    Description

Covid-19 has had a significant impact on the learning and development of children in your community. Our Foster Grandparent program is seeking volunteers to support (tutor and mentor) young people who are falling behind in the classroom as well as teachers who could use a break throughout the day. We are looking for volunteers to serve the remainder of this school year - in person. Find purpose and meet new people while making a difference in the lives of others!

    • No experience or diploma required we’ll provide all necessary training
    • Volunteers receive a tax-free stipend and mileage reimbursement
    • Flexible scheduling
    • Must be 55+ years old to volunteer
    • We strongly encourage volunteers who are people of color, indigenous, immigrants and refugees, LGBTQ+ and people with disabilities to apply
