Responsibilities:
Participate in the onboarding process with human resources for new volunteers ensuring learning and development is presented early on
Organize skill-building workshops (e.g., leadership, customer service, youth mentoring).
Create simple training guides or resources.
Support ongoing mentorship for long-term volunteers.
Qualifications:
Patient and encouraging teacher/mentor.
Good at simplifying information into clear steps.
Interest in professional development.
Commitment: 5+ hrs/week.
