    Description

A soft paw, a warm nuzzle, or the simple comfort of not feeling alone. Through Interim's Pet Therapy Volunteer Program, you and your pet can create and be part of moments that truly make a difference. A simple visit can ease anxieties, bring back memories, remind patients they are not alone, and simply make their day brighter.

For someone on hospice, a visit for you and your pet isn't "just a visit", it's a moment of peace, a sense of calm, a reminder of love and brings so much happiness to bring a smile when it's needed most.

Whether you visit patients in their homes, a nursing facility, or assisted living, your time and your pet's presence can make an immeasurable difference. This is more than volunteering; it's showing up when it matters most. It's offering comfort without words. It's being part of something truly meaningful.

Join the Interim Healthcare team and help create moments of connection, compassion, and peace with one wag, one purr, one pet at a time.
