About the Role

Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in people's lives? As a Thriver Volunteer, you will play a central role in helping community members build self-sufficiency, unlock new opportunities, and achieve long-term prosperity.

Key Responsibilities

• Communication & Collaboration: A be present online philosophy to serve for the betterment of humankind.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Provide 1-on-1 support to program participants ("Thrivers") as they navigate personal and professional goals.
• Skill Building: Facilitate workshops or coaching sessions focused on workforce development, financial literacy, or essential life skills.
• Community Connection: Help connect participants to local resources, networks, and growth opportunities.
• Tracking & Feedback: Monitor participant progress and collaborate with the program team to continuously improve support strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Strong tech-savvy skills using tools like slack, zoom, and wordpress.
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to empowering others.
• Ability to commit to [e.g., 2–4 hours per day].
• Background or interest in [Mentorship / Coaching / Education / Community Outreach] is preferred but not required.
