Position Overview
The Marketing & Insights Analyst is responsible for analyzing marketing data, tracking performance, and generating insights that inform decision-making across campaigns and initiatives.
This role focuses on transforming data into clear, actionable insights that help improve marketing effectiveness, audience engagement, and overall performance.
Operating at the intersection of data analysis, marketing performance, and strategic insight, this role is critical to ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Data Analysis
- Analyze data from:
- Campaign performance
- Social media
- Website analytics
- Identify trends and patterns
- Performance Tracking
- Track key metrics such as:

Volunteer Commitment Expectations
- Estimated Commitment: 10-15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule

Minimum Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Data analysis
- Marketing analytics
- Reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with:
- Spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with:
- Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics)
