    Description

    BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organization and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop Biblical training materials for diverse audiences.
    • Translate educational resources into assigned languages while preserving meaning and accuracy.
    • Review translated materials to ensure quality and consistency.
    • Collaborate with ministry leaders and language volunteers.
    • Assist in adapting courses for different cultural contexts.
    • Maintain translation records and document revisions.
    • Support proofreading and editing activities.
    • Ensure translated content reflects sound Biblical teaching.
    • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of multilingual learning resources.
    • Support BluShues' vision of making Biblical education accessible worldwide.

    Person Specification:

    • Passionate about Christian education and global ministry.
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Able to work accurately under deadlines.
    • Organized and dependable.
    • Respectful of cultural diversity.
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree or college diploma preferred but not required.
    • Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
    • Translation or localization experience is preferred.
    • Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
    • Strong research abilities.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency.
    • Understanding of Biblical terminology is an advantage.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and ministry excellence.
