    Description

    Housing Navigator

    The Housing Navigator Volunteer supports unhoused and at-risk youth ages 18-25 by assisting with housing searches, resource referrals, and follow-ups. Volunteers help young people complete housing applications, gather documentation, and connect with community resources, while providing compassionate, non-judgemental support. This role contributes directly to helping youth achieve housing stability and greater self-sufficiency.
