    Volunteer Fundraising Manager (Remote)

    Faith in God Charity Missions (FIGCM) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring dignity and creating sustainable opportunities for widows, orphans, and vulnerable families. Through programs in food security, livelihood assistance, educational support, and community outreach, FIGCM works to deliver both immediate relief and long-term impact.

    With active programs in Cameroon and growing partnerships in the United States and beyond, FIGCM is building structured systems to expand its reach, strengthen operations, and increase sustainable funding.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Volunteer Fundraising Manager to lead and strengthen our fundraising strategy, systems, and execution. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about nonprofit growth and wants to contribute to building a structured, scalable fundraising function.

    The Fundraising Manager will play a key role in developing donor pipelines, supporting outreach efforts, and improving how we track and manage fundraising activities using tools such as Salesforce and other platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    Fundraising Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with FIGCM’s mission and 2026 organizational goals
    • Identify and pursue funding opportunities including individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations
    • Support grant identification and coordination alongside the fundraising team
    • Assist in creating fundraising campaigns and initiatives

    Donor Management & CRM (Salesforce)

    • Support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce (or similar CRM tools)
    • Track donor engagement, contributions, and communication history
    • Ensure proper data entry, segmentation, and reporting
    • Develop systems to improve donor retention and engagement

    Outreach & Relationship Building

    • Assist in donor outreach efforts, including emails, follow-ups, and partnership development
    • Help build relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and supporters
    • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to align messaging

    Reporting & Performance Tracking

    • Track fundraising metrics and performance (donor growth, conversion, engagement rates)
    • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership
    • Help establish clear KPIs for fundraising success

    Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with the Fundraising team, Marketing & Communications team, and leadership
    • Support coordination of fundraising activities across departments
    • Contribute to building structured processes and workflows

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Background or strong interest in fundraising, nonprofit development, sales, or business development
    • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce (preferred but not required)
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment
    • Passion for nonprofit work and community impact

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in nonprofit fundraising or donor relations
    • Familiarity with grant processes and donor pipelines
    • Experience in data tracking, reporting, or process improvement
    • Background in business, marketing, HR, or related fields
