Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising strategy and annual goals.
• Plan and oversee campaigns and seasonal giving initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with individual donors, churches, and partners.
• Build donor stewardship — appreciation, recognition, updates.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
