    Description

BASK is recruiting multiple Founding Short-Form Video Creators to produce engaging Reels and other vertical videos for ambitious students.

You may create opportunity videos, founder stories, commentary, educational content, trend-based posts, or relatable content about student leadership and entrepreneurship.

You do not need professional experience or a large following. We care more about creativity, reliability, pacing, and your ability to make content that other teenagers would actually watch.

    What You’ll Do

    • Produce two completed short-form videos each week
    • Turn prepared research briefs into engaging Reels
    • Develop strong hooks, scripts, visuals, and calls to action
    • Edit using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools
    • Create faceless, voiceover, interview, or on-camera content
    • Participate in content experiments and recurring series
    • Complete reasonable revisions after receiving feedback
    • Help BASK understand what formats and topics appeal to young audiences

    Possible Content Areas

    • Competitions, grants, programs, and opportunities
    • Young-founder and student-leader stories
    • Entrepreneurship tips and explainers
    • Leadership commentary and opinions
    • Student nonprofit and startup lessons
    • Trends and relatable ambitious-student content

    Commitment

    • Fully remote
    • Approximately 2–4 hours per week
    • Two finished videos per week
    • Initial three-month term, renewable
    • Applicants accepted globally
    • Open to students ages 13–18

    Ideal Candidate

You may be a strong fit if you:

    • Understand short-form video pacing
    • Enjoy storytelling, editing, or speaking on camera
    • Can meet weekly deadlines
    • Are comfortable receiving creative feedback
    • Understand what teenagers currently watch and share
    • Have used CapCut or another editing tool

Applicants may submit school, personal, volunteer, or experimental work. Professional experience is not required.

    What You’ll Gain

    • Published content for a growing youth nonprofit
    • Real portfolio work with visible outcomes
    • Experience creating content as part of a larger media strategy
    • Verified volunteer-service hours
    • Opportunities to advance into Short-Form Content Lead roles
    • Eligibility to request a recommendation letter after consistent completion of the term

This is an unpaid volunteer position. Recommendation letters are earned and are not guaranteed.
