    📌 Job Description

    We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to create, run, and manage digital marketing programs across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is experienced in building engaging content strategies and growing online presence through social media channels.

    This role focuses on developing and executing social media campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and community growth across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

    ⚙️ Key Responsibilities

    📢 Social Media Strategy & Execution

    • Create, run, and manage digital social media marketing programs
    • Develop content strategies tailored to each platform
    • Plan and schedule consistent content across channels

    📊 Platform Management

    • Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta , YouTube, TikTok, etc.
    • Optimize content performance based on platform analytics
    • Ensure brand consistency across all channels

    🪄 Branding & Marketing

    • Support branding and marketing communication activities
    • Create and maintain consistent brand messaging across content
    • Contribute to brand strategy and visual/content identity
    • Ensure alignment between social media content and brand tone

    🎨 Content & Engagement

    • Support creation of engaging posts, captions, and campaign ideas
    • Increase audience engagement and community interaction
    • Adapt content for different formats (short video, posts, stories, etc.)

    📈 Performance Tracking

    • Monitor engagement, reach, and growth metrics
    • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
    • Report key insights and recommendations

    🧠 Required Skills

    • Experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
    • Strong understanding of major social media platforms
    • Creative thinking and content planning ability
    • English communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with content tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
    • Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategy
    • Experience with video content creation (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
