    Elderly Companion & Respite Sitter

Provide an act of kindness for the caregivers of home-bound patients by sitting with the patient so the caregiver can run errands, go to appointments, attend church, or simply take a break. These caregivers are family members that have taken it upon themselves to house and care for their loved ones full-time.

Volunteers will not be asked or expected to do any type of hands-on caregiving while sitting with the patient.

Thorough training is provided so you feel confident in your role as a volunteer.
