The festival takes place from October 7th - 11th. We require Venue Managers to work two full days of volunteer during the festival - In exchange we can provide a pass to the festival and tickets to the Tin Pan Theater

Description
Bend Film Festival Venue Managers (VM) Serve as the point of contact for audience, ticket, and ballot information at your designated festival venue. This is an incredibly fun and unique way to experience the Bend Film Festival! The perfect person for this volunteer role is someone who loves film, the Bend community, and connecting with artists.
The role will trained by the Festival Producer and will encompass:
- Understand ticket-purchasing procedures and Eventive technology
- Train and manage volunteer line control/usher staff of up to five people
- Contact volunteers in advance of their shift to let them know they will be working together
- Organize audience members into their proper lines according to their individual ticket status (passholders with/without tickets, single ticket-holders, rush line, volunteers) and by order of arrival
- With the assistance of the Stage Manager, clean out the theater of audience
