Description
Patient visitation, life review, discussing hobbies & interests, current events, reading or singing to the patient, accompanying patient outside if appropriate, companionship & socialization, may sit with the patient while the caregiver gets out of the house--no hands-on care, monitor & report progress to the hospice team.
