Role Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dedicated Onboarding Volunteer to join our team! In this role, you will be the main point of contact for new volunteers—welcoming them to LUUL, guiding them through their orientation, and making sure they have everything they need to start smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome new volunteers and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Help deliver orientation information and answer questions from newcomers.
• Share welcome packets, guides, and key team links.
• Keep the volunteer directory up to date.
• Support new members during their first few weeks to ensure a positive experience.

Role Details:

• Location: Remote (Global)
• Commitment: 3–5 hours per week (Flexible schedule)
• Duration: Minimum 3 months commitment requested

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Friendly, approachable, and patient attitude.
• Well-organized with good attention to detail.
• Passion for community building and disability inclusion.
