Tear Down Assistant - Post Gala

Date: Saturday, November 15

Time: 7:30–8:30 PM

Day One Fitness is seeking 2–3 reliable volunteers to assist with a quick and efficient post-event clean-up following our 10-Year Anniversary Gala. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to support a local nonprofit with a short, high-impact commitment.

Responsibilities include:

• Removing and packing up table centerpieces
• Assisting with breakdown of the mocktail station
• Taking down the photo wall
• General event clean-up and organizing materials for transport

What to Expect:

Volunteers will arrive at 7:30 PM and wait until guests begin leaving the event space. Our team will guide you through each task. The full commitment is one hour, and you’ll be helping us ensure a smooth, timely exit from the venue.
