Responsibilities:

• Oversee communications and marketing strategy strategically to support the growth of the organization.
• Provide guidance on branding, campaign development, and audience engagement strategies to the communications team lead and co-lead.
• Encourage external collaborations and public relations initiatives that align with YesLiberia's goals.
• Evaluate the impact of outreach campaigns and suggest strategies to increase brand awareness on key platforms.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or brand strategy
• Strong ability to lead and provide guidance without micromanaging
• A passion for storytelling that creates social change
• Willingness to contribute 2–3 hours weekly (flexible), including board meetings for at least 2 years.
