    2. Calls or texts can be made on ACCESS property or at home using a google phone number (ACCESS will help you create this) to protect your privacy. You may also email clients from an ACCESS email address (ACCESS will create this for you).
    3. You will not give advice or directly provide support to clients. If a situation necessitates more attention than you are trained to provide, you will bring it to the attention of ACCESS Case Managers, and they will reach out to provide more comprehensive support.

Basic volunteer qualifications involved with this assignment: Volunteers must be 18 years or older. A background check is required. You must complete the entire AfterACCESS Volunteer Training. You must log your volunteer hours on Timecounts (you will be trained on this).

Who will be served by this assignment?

The clients of ACCESS will be directly served by AfterACCESS volunteers. This role enhances the quality of services provided by assisting previous clients of ACCESS and reducing recidivism back into homelessness.
