    Description

    We are looking for support for our Momiji Special Western Lunch program! Our volunteer team works hard to prepare healthy, and wholesome homemade meals for our seniors on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. We need extra support from volunteers to help us with clearing and washing the dishes from the meals that the seniors enjoy. Volunteers will work together as a team along with staff to help serve the seniors, do a bit of friendly visiting, as well as help in the clear up after the event.

    Shifts available:

    • Wednesday August 12th, 2026 - 11AM to 2PM
    • Wednesday September 9th, 2026 - 11AM to 2PM
    • Wednesday October 14th, 2026 - 11AM to 2PM
    • Wednesday November 11th, 2026 - 11AM to 2PM
    • Wednesday December 9th, 2026 - 11AM to 2PM

    Volunteers will be trained by senior volunteers and staff. Bilingual (English and Japanese) is an asset but not required.
