Description
WorkFour Colorado is building the movement for a 32-hour workweek in our colorful state— and we’re looking for a lawyer to protect the rights of employees and labor union members who engage in our pilot program.
Employee Pilot Program: Employees will use their PTO every Friday for a month. We hope this will be enough to persuade employers to initiate a 32-hour workweek for the entire staff, after seeing the improvement of one employee's productivity.
Labor Union Pilot Program: Labor unions will go on strike every Friday until they get a 32-hour workweek (unless we come up with some other plan).
💡 What You’ll Do
- Work within your "Legal Committee" to brainstorm ideas/share the workload
- Work alongside the "Labor Union Committee" and the "Rebellious Employee Committee"
- Assist and educate employees/union members on how they can successfully implement their pilots without getting fired
⏰ Time Commitment
- 3–5 hours/week (flexible)
🌍 Why Volunteer With WorkFour?
- Build your portfolio and network in the world of social impact and labor innovation
