Youth Center Annual Golf Tournament: Supporting Underserved Children

Join our team of dedicated volunteers for the Youth Center's Annual Golf Tournament on July 13, a charity event that brings together 144 golfers to support the well-being of underserved children. As a valued volunteer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this fun-filled event.

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to assist with various tasks, including:

Morning:

• Distribution of welcome packages and goodies
• Setting up tables and chairs and ez ups
• Set up of event banners
• Displaying agenda on all golf carts
• Filling of coolers and replenishment of refreshments
• Using a golf cart to place sponsor signs on golf course

Evening:

• Help raffle winners
• Packing decor and materials in boxes
• loading cars
• emptying and drying coolers
• picking up golf signs

Your contributions will help us raise vital funds to support the important work of our organization, providing essential services to young people in our community. By volunteering, you will be part of a dynamic team that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

2 shifts available:

• Set Up Crew: Filling of coolers/replenishment of refreshments. Placing sponsor signs on golf course.: Monday July 13 - 08:00 to 12:00 PST
• Closing Crew: Helping raffle winners. Emptying/drying coolers. Picking up golf signs off course.: Monday July 13 - 17:00 to 19:30 PST
