    Description

    The foundation has an aggressive plan to develop a program to support the most challenging unemployed. This program requires the design and development several products. We need product managers to own these products. Applicants could have experience with managing product ideation and development, but the inexperienced are welcome as well. The product manager's primary job is to support design, development and implementation in a way that is timely and that supports end user adoption. The incumbent will need to understand the vision for the product, ensure the need is served through assessment and iterative design, and this person helps design and development stay the course. It is particularly important that an initiall minimum viable product be the first iteration. Over complicaton of the initial design is delaying delivery. The product manager drives design and development to a timeline with the help of the project manager. Most products are applications, but some are programs.
