    Description

    Volunteer Leadership Pathways Coordinator

    You will play a key role in strengthening leadership pathways for students and families in under resourced communities. Your work will help ensure that students are not only served during programs but are supported as they grow into confident learners and leaders.

    • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of volunteers while developing clear leadership pathways into ambassador roles
    • Direct the Pink Space Theory Ambassador Program, including training, mentorship, goal setting, and impact tracking
    • Reconnect with former program participants and Spanish speaking families to track student progress and share academic and career resources
    • Coordinate volunteer support for programs, community events, and fundraising initiatives while ensuring accurate tracking of hours and participation
    • Maintain strong communication, accountability, and recognition systems to ensure volunteers and ambassadors feel supported, informed, and aligned with the mission

    Time Commitment

    5 to 10 hours per week

    Qualifications

    • Fluency in Spanish and English required
    • Strong communication and relationship building skills
    • Experience in volunteer management, community engagement, education, or youth development preferred
    • Organized, self directed, and comfortable working in a growing nonprofit environment
    • Passion for equity in STEM education
