    Description

Reach the Woman Who Feels Invisible: Social Media Volunteer

If you can make a feed people actually stop for, we could use you. Not for the likes. For the reach that finds the woman veteran who doesn't know we exist yet.

Invisible Warriors is a national community for women veterans, and our social media is often the very first way a woman finds us, wherever she is. The woman scrolling at 2 a.m., sure she's the only one, is exactly who we're posting for. Make that first impression count.

    What you'd actually be doing:

    • Plan and post across our channels on a steady schedule

    • Write captions and build simple graphics that sound like us

    • Engage with comments and messages, and grow the community

    • Watch what's working and do more of it

Who we're looking for: you know your way around social platforms and you can write in a warm, real voice. You're consistent, and you get why respect matters when the subject is someone's service. You don't need to be a veteran. Neither is our founder.

The commitment: a few hours a week, spread across the week, almost all remote. One honest ask: if you can't post consistently, please don't apply. A channel that goes quiet for weeks does more harm than good, and consistency is the whole game here.

Why it's worth your time: the woman who realizes she isn't the only one often finds that out through a single post. That post could be yours.
