    Pour with Purpose: Beverage Crew at SF Pride

    Join Qmunity's Thirst Squad at San Francisco Pride to help turn the celebration into community impact. As part of one of Qmunity's signature fundraisers, you'll help create a welcoming, affirming experience for thousands of attendees and support programs, services, and safer spaces for 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

    Why Volunteer?

    Volunteering is a meaningful way to connect with the community, meet new people, gain event experience, and support one of the world's largest PRIDE celebrations. In the spirit of this year's theme, Resistance in Action, every shift is an opportunity to show up for community, increase visibility, and help create spaces where everyone can celebrate, connect, and belong.

    How You'll Help

    • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
    • Support sales and beverage booth operations
    • Welcome and engage with Pride attendees
    • Help maintain a positive, inclusive guest experience
    • Support fellow volunteers and event staff

    What We're Looking For

    • Must be 21 years of age or older
    • Friendly, dependable, and community-minded
    • Comfortable interacting with diverse communities
    • Team-oriented and ready to contribute
    • No prior beverage service experience or certification required

Together, we can turn participation into impact and help ensure PRIDE remains a vibrant expression of visibility, belonging, and community action.

    Find us at the San Francisco Pride Main Entrance at Hyde Street and Fulton Street, across from the Simón Bolívar Statue near UN Plaza. View directions and transit information.

    Volunteer Check-In: Arrive 15 minutes before your shift and check in at the Qmunity beverage booth near the PRIDE Main Entrance. Event-day instructions will be emailed to registered volunteers before PRIDE weekend.
