Description
Volunteers are needed at the Northwest NJ Walk to End Alzheimer's on Saturday, October 3 at 5 Sylvan Way in Parsippany, NJ.
Join us in the fight to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — no experience necessary, just enthusiasm! We need volunteers across several fun and meaningful roles:
- Set-Up Crew – Arrive early to help transform the site into Walk day headquarters: setting up tents, tables, signage, and the route.
- Registration/Check-In – Be the first friendly face participants see! Help greet walkers, hand out t-shirts, and get everyone checked in smoothly.
- Hydration Station – Keep our walkers refreshed and energized by stocking and staffing water stops along the route.
- Cheer Squad – Bring the energy! Line the route with signs, noisemakers, and high-fives to motivate walkers from start to finish.
- Breakdown & Clean-Up – Help us wrap up the day by taking down tents and tables, and leaving the site spotless.
Every role helps create a powerful, supportive experience for everyone walking to end Alzheimer's. Sign up today and be part of the movement! bit.ly/2026NWVolunteers
