About White Knight Law Inc.

White Knight Law Inc. is a New York 501(c)(3) nonprofit building technology infrastructure for crime victim advocacy organizations and legal aid providers. Our work supports the people and organizations who stand between victims and a legal system that too often fails them.

The Role

We're looking for a volunteer Fundraiser to help build and execute our development strategy. This is an early-stage opportunity for someone who wants direct input into how a nonprofit's fundraising function gets built, not a seat filling out an existing playbook.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and cultivating relationships with individual donors, foundations, and institutional funders aligned with our mission
• Researching and drafting grant applications
• Supporting donor communications and stewardship
• Helping develop fundraising campaigns and materials
• Tracking prospects and reporting on fundraising activity

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in nonprofit development, grant writing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the legal aid, victim advocacy, or broader nonprofit/social impact sector is a plus
• Self-directed and comfortable working with a lean, early-stage team
• Strong written communication skills

Compenstion

This is a volunteer position. There is no compensation associated with this role.
