Description
Start a high school or college Heart Club on your campus! Students aren’t just talking heart health-they are creating connections that drive real change, leveling up skills and resumes while advancing health and hope. Students gain career insights, earn recognition and awards, develop marketing and communication skills, support survivors, and earn community service hours, all while positively impacting their own health and their community.
