    Brand Coordinator

    Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a dynamic group of individuals dedicated to increasing leadership opportunities for women and individuals in the Snowsport Industry?

    Women of Winter, Inc. is seeking a Brand Coordinator, as a member of the Marketing & Social Media Group. The ideal candidate supports the Executive Director in managing brand visibility, sponsorship fulfillment, and partnership outcomes. The Brand Coordinator ensures that sponsor and partner commitments are executed effectively, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and helps maintain consistent brand representation across programs, events, and materials. This role is collaborative in nature, providing logistical and administrative support while aligning with organizational goals and established brand guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Executive Director to coordinate brand management, sponsor deliverables, and partnership initiatives.
    • Work with ProgramCoordinators and other program leads to identify marketing material needs and request appropriate resources from brand partners.
    • Serve as a liaison with PSIA-AASI Brand Managers and external brand representatives to facilitate outreach and in-kind donation opportunities.
    • Maintain and nurture relationships with partners and sponsors, ensuring timely communication and fulfillment of commitments.
    • Track and monitor donation deliveries for timely delivery for on-snow Programs.
    • Collect and report on KPIs related to brand visibility, sponsorship value, and marketing effectiveness, sharing with the Chief of Staff for organizational reporting.
    • Ensure the organization’s visual identity is applied consistently in materials and communications developed in collaboration with partners, Executive Director and Board of Directors.

    Hours/Week: 4–6 May increase during peak times, December - February or Program Execution

    Monthly Reporting: KPI dashboard, calendar overview, partner visibility audit
