Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow Team Illuminate’s digital presence, drive engagement, and increase visibility for our programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content calendars
- Create and publish engaging social media content
- Manage community engagement (comments, messages)
- Track and analyze social media performance
- Support promotion of programs and events
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Passion for climate, education, or social impact
