    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow Team Illuminate’s digital presence, drive engagement, and increase visibility for our programs and initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage content calendars
    • Create and publish engaging social media content
    • Manage community engagement (comments, messages)
    • Track and analyze social media performance
    • Support promotion of programs and events

    Requirements:

    • Experience in social media management or digital marketing
    • Strong content creation and storytelling skills
    • Knowledge of social media analytics
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Passion for climate, education, or social impact
