    Volunteer Job Descriptions:

    Answering Phones/Making Appointments Assistance

    Hours available: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4:30 PM

    Location: The Tree of Life Resource Center

    Assist with answering phones and making appointments. Spanish and/or Haitian Creole fluency helpful but not necessary. Experience with google calendar helpful but not necessary.

    Employment Search and Resume Assistance

    Hours available: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4:30 PM

    Location: The Tree of Life Resource Center

    Assist clients with searching for employment and creating/updating their resumes. Experience with Microsoft Word and job searching sites is helpful.

    Inventory Assistance

    Hours available: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

    Location: The Tree of Life Resource Center

    Assist with processing in-kind donations – sorting, counting, and re-stocking our donation room. Some lifting required.

    Food Preparation Assistance

    Hours available: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

    Location: The Tree of Life Resource Center

    Assist with preparing food bags and/or boxes for our families that come on a weekly basis. Some lifting required.
